AutoGrid Marketing Manager

Position

The Marketing Manager supports AutoGrid Marketing and Communications activities. He/She is in charge of all event marketing activities and provides support for direct marketing programs, marketing collateral and PR activities.

Start Date: immediately

Compensation: DOE

Reports to:  Marketing Director

Location: remote and on-site Redwood Shores (minimum 1 day/week). Flexible hours.

Responsibilities / Events

  • Make strategic recommendations for AutoGrid’s presence at industry trades shows and conferences.
  • Maintain events, awards and speaking calendar
  • Manage trade shows, conferences and speaking engagements (logistics, content development, coordination with vendors and partners, liaison with sales team, lead generation and collection, measure ROI, etc.)
  • Develop and manage AutoGrid sales events as needed
  • Create and manage speaking engagements for AutoGrid’s executive team and technology experts       

Direct Marketing

  • Support development of lead generations programs (targeted emails to contact database, newsletter, ad campaigns, webinars, etc.)
  • Help maintain SFDC marketing database
  • Track and report on marketing programs ROI

Collateral

  • Support development of sales tools (case studies, ppt presentations)
  • Maintain slide library
  • Help develop and update content for marketing brochures
  • Help maintain and update web content

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in technology/software marketing
  • Knowledge of the Utility/Energy space strongly preferred
  • Event management experience required
  • Content development experience required
  • Experience with email/database marketing preferred
  • Good working knowledge of PPT and Excel
  • Familiarity with SFDC a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple projects in fast pace environment
